Read a review of my work on The Textile Blog by John Hopper

My art focuses on color and visual texture. My color palette leans towards the warm hues on the color wheel, and in particular, any and all variations of red. I create designs on my fabric through dyeing, painting, screenprinting, stamping, and batiking. The fabric is collaged and then stitched together into composition, which is then layered with a batt and backing, and quilted by machine and by hand.
